At TopFresh, everything revolves around growing and processing the tastiest root vegetables. In our modern 5,000 m² production facility, we process fresh vegetables daily into high-quality end products. To strengthen our team in Kraggenburg, we are looking for an:

What will you do?

As an Operator, you are responsible for ensuring the washing and sorting process runs smoothly. You will set up the machines correctly, monitor the process, and intervene in case of malfunctions or irregularities. You make sure our root vegetables are processed efficiently and in accordance with the correct quality standards.

Your tasks include:

– Setting up and operating washing and sorting machines;
– Monitoring product quality during the process;
– Resolving minor malfunctions and performing basic maintenance;
– Recording process data;
– Working according to hygiene and safety regulations.

What do you bring?

– MBO-level education or equivalent experience;
– Experience as an operator is a plus;
– Technical insight and attention to detail;
– Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
– You are able to communicate in Dutch, English, or Polish.

– Gross hourly wage between €15.56 and €17.22 depending on experience;
